This Privacy Policy explains how Setpoint Talent LLC ("Setpoint Talent," "we," "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information in connection with TAOS, the TA Function Audit, and related services (the "Services").
Account and contact information: name, work email, company name, and role, collected when you create an account, register for an assessment, or are added as an Audit contact.
Customer Data you submit: diagnostic questionnaire responses, coaching session inputs and conversation content, documents and quantitative evidence uploaded for an Audit Engagement, and any other content you provide through the Services.
Payment information: billing details processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. Setpoint Talent does not directly store full payment card numbers.
Usage and technical data: log data, device and browser information, and product usage patterns (e.g., which features are used, session activity) collected automatically to operate and improve the Services.

We do not sell your personal information or Customer Data to third parties.
Portions of the Services use third-party large language model providers (including Anthropic) to generate coaching responses, draft report language, and support retrieval-based guidance. Content you submit for these purposes (such as coaching questions or assessment responses) is transmitted to these providers for processing under their applicable data-handling terms. We select providers that contractually restrict use of submitted data for training their general-purpose models. We do not include your organization's name or personnel names in prompts to underlying AI providers where the same output can be generated without them.

We do not share identifiable Customer Data across customer organizations. Where Setpoint Talent references patterns or case examples in coaching or audit content, this is done without identifying the source organization or individuals, as described in our Terms of Service.
We retain Customer Data for as long as your account or engagement is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described in Section 7, subject to retention required by law or legitimate business record-keeping.
We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved, including access controls, encryption in transit, and database-level permission controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored within the Services.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@setpointtalent.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and consistent with applicable law.
The Services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
